Shipping & Returns
We deliver Australia Wide. For international orders, please get in touch for a custom shipping quote.
Your order is dispatched from Melbourne, Victoria. Deliveries are made by courier service Monday through to Friday only.
The approximate delivery time to metro areas is 4-6 working days.
However the following approximate transit times apply for regional areas:
SA 7-9 working days, TAS 7-9 working days,WA 10-14 working days, NT 12-14 working days.
If the items you have purchased are in stock we will endeavour to send them to you within 24-48 hours of order confirmation.
Please note that if you order during a sale, dispatch can sometimes be slightly delayed due to high volumes.
Signature on Delivery
We understand that it can be frustrating when parcels are sent without an authority to leave and we apologise for the inconvenience. Given the value of our larger products, we send most packages and Learning Towers with signature on delivery. Smaller items may be left in a safe place, please request this upon checkout.
Please note we do NOT deliver to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers or any variation where you can not sign for your parcel.
International Orders
We are not responsible for any additional customs or courier charges once the parcel leaves our warehouse. We cover the cost of shipment, but do not cover any country specific Customs checks, Import Duties or Clearance certificates required for your specific country.
Pre-Orders
Please note, if your order contains an item that is on ‘pre order’, your entire order will be held and shipped together as soon as your pre-order item arrives.
Carbon Neutral Shipping?
Little Risers are doing their best to offset the carbon footprint of its operation. As a result we now offer 100% carbon neutral shipping through Sendle. This means that the climate impact of your postal delivery is offset.
Returns Policy
All returns must be unused and in their original condition (including all original protective packaging).
• You must complete your return within 21 days of the date of your order and you are responsible for arranging the return and all related shipping costs.
• The only products that cannot be returned are items marked 'Clearance'
• The original shipping costs to you are not refunded.
• If you return an item without its original packaging, or if not in perfect, unused condition, we reserve the right to deduct 25% of the amount to be refunded.
How do I return a product?
If you wish to return a product, please contact us at suppprt@littlerisers.com.au and request a Returns Form. Please attach the completed Returns Form to the outside of the item being returned. Send your item to the delivery address stated on the Returns Form. Keep a record of your return shipment until you have received your replacement, credit or refund.
How long do I have to return a product?
All change of mind returns must be received by us within 21 days of the date of your order.
Do I have to pay anything to return my products?
You are required to pay the cost of returning the item(s) to us (including all postal or courier charges).
When will I receive my replacement item/credit/refund?
Little Risers will endeavor to process your returned product as soon as it is received at our office. Once the return has been approved (the items must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging) you will receive an email advising how your return is being processed.
PLEASE NOTE: Little Risers reserves the right to reject returns outside the 21 day return period, or items which are returned that are not in their original condition and/or packaging.
